How to enter

1. Download the Dave’s Pony Tales e-book using the form below.

 

2. Choose your favourite ‘Pony Tale’ and draw a picture to illustrate the story.

 

3. Email your entry to lois@loiskingscottauthor.com by 17th November 2024 along with the child's name, age and town/city*, which 'Pony Tale' the picture goes with, and a parent or guardian's phone number.

Prizes

There will be one winner and two runner up prizes per age group (ages 4-6 and 7-9).

Winner prizes: A full set of Dave and Darcy picture books, colouring and activity book, a horseshoe from the real Dave, and a £15 voucher to spend at your favourite independent children’s shop (each prize worth over £70).

Terms & Conditions: To download the Dave's Pony Tales e-book, a parent or guardian must subscribe to my newsletter. I send roughly one newsletter each month, so you won’t be bombarded and you are free to unsubscribe at any time! All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 17th November 2024. Entries should be a scan or clear photo of the drawing. By entering the competition, you agree to the drawing being used for marketing purposes. *All entrants will receive a £5 voucher to spend on my website with a minimum order of £15. Voucher codes will be emailed out once the competition has closed and the winners have been announced, and will be valid for 6 months. Winners will be required to supply their full postal address in order for the prize to be sent out to them. I will arrange credit or a gift voucher with the children's shop of your choice – it must be an independent shop based in the UK. If, for any reason, the shop does not wish to get involved, I will ask the winner for another choice.
